About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to work closely with clients and stakeholders to drive meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply analytical problem-solving skills to help clients generate and test policy recommendations.
  • Facilitate collaborative problem-solving and establish action-oriented routines with stakeholders.
  • Design and lead workshops with senior decision-makers, technical partners, and frontline service providers.
  • Translate insights from field engagement into implementation strategies that work.
  • Develop high-quality deliverables that are clear, compelling, and actionable.
Requirements

You will be a strong fit for this role if you have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in government, consulting, project management, public policy, impact measurement, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with comfort navigating data in spreadsheets and creating compelling presentations.
  • The ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly accountable and proactive.
  • An understanding of delivery mechanisms and a commitment to results-driven work.
