Product Leadership Role

This position plays a pivotal role in driving product development from inception to delivery. As the Product Owner, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets the organization's strategic objectives while fostering innovation and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Aligning product strategy with overall business goals through collaboration with stakeholders and Engineering teams.
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and customer needs.
  • Listening to customer feedback and analyzing user data to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Presenting product development ideas to stakeholders and proactively updating them on progress.
  • Creating product specifications and user stories, working closely with Engineering and Business Teams to ensure clear requirements.
  • Managing the product backlog and prioritizing items based on changing requirements.
  • Planning and executing AB tests to optimize product performance and user engagement.
  • Embracing agile principles and methodologies to continuously improve the product delivery process.
  • Coaching and mentoring other product owners and team members to develop their product management skills.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role, delivering data-driven solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience in project management, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
