Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves supporting our Digital Marketing team by identifying business needs, analyzing data, and developing solutions that drive growth.

  1. Gather and analyze data from digital marketing platforms to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization and business growth.
  2. Create reports and dashboards that empower marketing teams to utilize data effectively for informed decision-making, strategic planning, and performance optimization.
  3. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to secure support for digital marketing projects and initiatives.
  4. Analyze digital marketing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Contribute to the development of the organization's overall digital marketing strategy, aligning it with business objectives and market trends.
  6. Support teams in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve specific business goals.
  7. Provide support to marketing teams in managing digital marketing resources effectively to support project implementation and maximize ROI.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a business analyst, consultant, or similar role preferably in e-commerce, marketing, or technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Good knowledge of various reporting and data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Highly adaptable to change and fast-paced environments.
