    The ideal candidate will lead financial reporting and analysis across critical business areas, manage the monthly forecast and annual budget cycles, ensure alignment with business goals, summarize complex results into clear insights, and make actionable recommendations.

  • Required Skills:
    • Strong expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and financial modeling
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Experience with Hyperion Financial Management, SmartView, and Oracle Planning EPM
    • Ability to turn financial data into strategic recommendations
    • Effective communicator with the ability to engage non-financial stakeholders
