As a highly skilled Trainer in the US Healthcare industry, we are seeking an experienced professional to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of front-end revenue cycle functions, including patient registration, eligibility, prior authorization, and patient billing.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in US healthcare RCM, with at least 2 years in a training role. A strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite, LMS platforms, and virtual training tools are essential for this position.

Responsibilities
  1. Training Delivery & Content Development
  • Design, Develop, and Deliver Training Modules: Create engaging and informative training modules on patient-facing RCM processes, including appointment scheduling & patient registration, eligibility & insurance verification, patient financial counseling & cost estimation, patient billing & payment collection, and handling patient queries, grievances, and escalations.
  • Incorporate Role-Playing, Simulations, and Case Studies: Use interactive methods to improve real-world skills and ensure staff can effectively communicate with patients.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Conduct regular knowledge assessments and skills evaluations to measure training impact.
