Position: Patient Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-driven Patient Experience Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our Patient Experience Department. This role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of a seamless, compassionate, and patient-centered experience across all hospital units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Patient Experience Department.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with various hospital units to ensure continuity and excellence in patient care and services.
  • Develop, implement, and manage strategies, programs, and initiatives that enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead service recovery efforts to promptly and effectively address patient concerns and complaints.
  • Monitor patient feedback and data to drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.

  • Proven experience in patient experience, customer service, or healthcare operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
