Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive strategic improvement and operational excellence across the supply chain logistics. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing process standardization and optimization, as well as performance monitoring and KPI development.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with 3-5 years of work experience in logistics or supply chain management. Additionally, they should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as advanced MS Excel knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process standardization and optimization initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

  • Design and implement performance monitoring and KPI development systems to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to complex problems.

  • Provide training and support to logistics team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of work experience in logistics or supply chain management.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced MS Excel knowledge.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in network modeling tools, LEAN, or process improvement.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects running at the same time.

  • Good communication and project management skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time, permanent employment.

  • Onsite work setup (M-F); remote work once a week available after 3 months.

  • Work Hours: 8:00AM or 9:00AM to 5:00PM or 6:00PM (Mondays thru Fridays).
