Job Overview:

The Retail Sales Analyst will be responsible for coordinating and supporting logistical operations to ensure the smooth movement of goods and services. The ideal candidate will track shipments, make appointments, and handle various administrative tasks.

This includes monitoring and tracking the status of trucks and shipments to ensure timely deliveries, scheduling and managing appointments for pickups and deliveries, and maintaining accurate records of shipping activities and logistics data.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. They will also be able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and track the status of trucks and shipments to ensure timely deliveries
  • Schedule and manage appointments for pickups and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and logistics data
  • Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and warehouse staff
  • Preparation of reports for the logistics department
  • Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
  • Respond to inquiries from customers and internal teams regarding shipping status and logistics
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss logistics planning and strategies
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar field preferred
  • Previous experience in logistics, administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Advanced Excel Skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with logistics software or tools is an advantage
