Job Description
- This role involves managing total North GMA area for Proximity Channels (CVS, Minimarts, DStore, Petrols)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow through actions via Agency Manpower:
- Work with Field Merchandising Supervisor (FMS) in landing KPIs to Inventory and Merchandising Specialist (IMS)
- Manage and monitor Attendance of Agency, PJP compliance
- Check and Deep dive performance via reports in Excel, Power BI Dashboard
- Lead agency huddles on downloading and cascading directions to FMS
Requirements and Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree Holder is required.
- At least 1 to 2 years experience; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Excel, PPT and Familiar with use of Power BI.
- Leadership trait (able to land objectives through people/teams)
- Proficient with numbers (will be managing Agency Budgets)
- Good Analytical Skills (need to be able to understand KPI numbers and derive necessary actions to address any issues/concern)
- Must be flexible, possessing excellent interpersonal skills
- Willing to be based in Pasig, Mangahan
- Knows how to drive
