Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt and effective front-line user assistance, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective issue resolution and escalation processes.
- Gather and document customer feedback, sharing insights with product and marketing teams to drive continuous improvement and retention strategies.

Growth & Marketing Initiatives:
- Contribute to the development of engaging content that resonates with our target audience, promoting trust and interest in Fusion Markets.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the crypto market, gathering feedback from the community and developing ideas for low-cost campaigns that drive conversions.
- Monitor key support metrics, user satisfaction scores, and campaign outcomes, informing data-driven decisions for sustained growth.

Requirements:
- Proven expertise in cryptocurrency concepts, including trading, wallets, and DeFi.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with professional level English.
- Relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within tech, fintech, or a fast-paced digital environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with social media and community management principles.
