Job DescriptionWe're seeking a skilled Client Experience Manager who is passionate about providing top-tier customer experiences, building strong relationships, and driving sales.
- Serve as the main point of contact for car owners, potential buyers, and test-drive clients, ensuring they receive expert guidance and a premium experience.
- Turn interest into action by helping clients navigate the buying process, closing sales, and strengthening brand loyalty.
- Follow up with test-drive participants, addressing their concerns and encouraging conversions.
- Build strong connections with upper to middle-class clients, providing personalized service and engagement.
- Organize and facilitate exclusive events for car owners and prospective buyers to enhance brand interaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales, service, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer support.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM system, tracking interactions and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Represent HomeAuto Phil Trade Inc. at industry events, networking functions, and test-drive experiences.
- Stay updated on the latest EV and automotive trends to provide informed recommendations and insights to customers.
