Responsibilities
  1. Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive overall positive client experience.
  2. Marketing Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans that meet client needs.
  3. Performance Analysis: Analyze and communicate performance data to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement.
  4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Client Strategy Manager to manage multiple client accounts.
  5. Activation Alignment: Align the Activations team with the overall marketing strategy to ensure seamless execution.
  6. Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to clients, driving revenue growth.
  7. Industry Insights: Share industry insights and information with marketing teams to stay ahead of the competition.
Key Outcomes & Accountabilities
  1. Effective Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that meet client needs.
  2. Account Management: Manage retention marketing programs for multiple brands.
  3. Client Understanding: Demonstrate a deep understanding of client business needs.
  4. Performance Optimization: Maximize the performance of email and other retention marketing campaigns.
  5. Client Communication: Communicate marketing insights and reports on performance.
  6. Team Alignment: Ensure the Activations team is aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
  7. Growth and Revenue: Increase revenue and client engagement through upselling and cross-selling services.
  8. Thought Leadership: Enhance the company's reputation as a thought leader in the industry.
