Lead, KYC Programs and External Relations Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our KYC programs and external relations initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving coordination with external government and institutional partners to support KYC initiatives through data sharing, API integrations, and on-ground activations such as KYC On-the-Go (KYC OTG).

You will own the partner-facing side of KYC programs by managing Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs), facilitating joint activities, and representing program objectives in meetings and field engagements.

This role requires a strong stakeholder and relationship management skillset, especially in dealing with external or government partners. You must also possess excellent presentation and storytelling skills – able to communicate complex initiatives clearly and persuasively to both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in program or project management, preferably within fintech, banking, or regulatory environment.
  • Background or working knowledge of Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), identity verification, or compliance-related processes is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently and deliver results within set timelines.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, Policy, Risk, and Customer Experience.
