Program Management Specialist

About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing client requisition activities, coordinating supplier community interactions, and providing program Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) training. They will also be responsible for communicating program procedural changes and updates to local suppliers and client users.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and be able to build relationships with internal stakeholders and client end-users. They will also have a proven track record of achieving customer service levels, increasing responsibilities, and working effectively with colleagues and management.
