Job Description

The Program Design Manager for Channel Management is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize channel partner relationships and drive revenue growth. This role involves designing programs and initiatives to support channel partners, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee Trade Marketing functions related to channels such as National Sales Affinity, Online PTS Stores, and Retailer Channels.
  • Lead updates, alignment, and reviews including channel/trade insights, competitive updates, brand offers, and program reviews.
  • Develop and customize channel-initiated promos and brand-led programs, coordinating with channel heads and brand SPOC.
  • Manage the execution of programs, ensuring alignment with strategies and preventing duplication or resource waste.
  • Maintain a consolidated calendar of all programs and activities.
  • Consolidate post-analysis reports to evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor budgets, track expenses, and ensure timely processing of payments and reimbursements.
