Job Description

The role is responsible for the delivery, execution, quality control, and completion of strategic programs and projects in alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Program and Delivery Oversight: Manage and coordinate the delivery of multiple strategic data product initiatives, ensuring alignment with Globe's data monetization goals and organizational priorities. Define and initiate projects, assign project talents, and manage timelines, scope, and performance metrics. Establish governance processes for on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
  2. Strategic Alignment & Execution: Maintain alignment of program scope and plans with strategic objectives. Recommend adjustments to maximize value and collaborate with various teams for seamless execution.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Build relationships with sponsors and key partners. Act as the point of contact for reporting, issue resolution, risk management, and communication. Ensure visibility of program performance through dashboards and meetings.
  4. Governance, Risk & Continuous Improvement: Promote best practices including agile principles. Support privacy, security, and compliance integration. Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and feedback.
Requirements
  • 3–7 years of experience in project management, delivery coordination, or product operations in a tech, telco, or data-driven organization.
  • Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and delivery tools like Jira, Asana, Trello.
  • Knowledge of data product development, cloud environments, data governance, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR).
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, CS, Engineering, or related fields. Certifications like PMP, Agile, Scrum Master are a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project tracking tools and understanding of data lifecycle management.
