We are seeking a visionary Project Management Office Lead to spearhead the delivery of high-impact programs.

Job Overview

The PMO Lead is responsible for strategic program governance, execution, and oversight, ensuring seamless project delivery aligned with business objectives. This role encompasses key functions including scope management, change control, early risk detection, and data-driven insights for senior stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Scope Management & Change Control

Manage project scope from initiation to completion, maintain accurate build information databases, and lead change management processes, documenting scope changes for re-endorsment.

  1. Program Progress and Performance Reporting

Monitor and report program progress, track budgets, identify cost variations, and generate reports such as BSC, KPIs, and post-build assessments, providing regular stakeholder updates.

  1. Stakeholder Communication and Storytelling

Develop compelling, data-driven reports, collaborate with teams to craft clear narratives, and present findings regularly.

  1. Risk and Issue Management

Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues early to stakeholders.

  1. Project Enablement and Dependency Management

Support project execution by ensuring resource availability, managing dependencies, and following up to prevent delays.

  1. Cost and Asset Reconciliation

Oversee project finances, validate drivers of variation orders, and ensure financial accuracy.

  1. Data Analysis and Key Reporting

Generate and review key reports like OKRs, provide insights and recommendations, and follow up on action items.

  1. Vendor Performance Management

Evaluate vendor performance, manage escalation processes, and support future vendor selection.

  1. Process Improvement

Identify and lead initiatives to optimize project management workflows and efficiency.

  1. Data Source Management and Documentation

Maintain current and accurate data sources and documentation for consistency and accessibility.

  1. External Information Management

Ensure accurate and compliant project data flow to external agencies.

  1. Training and Knowledge Development

Support professional growth through online trainings and development, fostering a culture of excellence.
