Job Opportunity: Learning Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Specialist to join our team and contribute to the creation of exceptional learning experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, with experience in designing human-centred learning experiences that cater to diverse needs and preferences.

You will be responsible for developing effective learning resources, activities, and assessments in various educational contexts, working closely with internal staff to co-design and create innovative learning experiences.

In this role, you will support the team's work with external stakeholders to ensure alignment with client requirements and expectations, and communicate effectively and professionally with client stakeholders, prospective clients, and colleagues.

You will also be expected to exercise initiative and autonomy, using a design thinking approach to drive problem-solving and innovation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to make a meaningful contribution to the development of high-quality learning experiences.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in the education sector, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

This is a contract position offering the opportunity to work independently or in a distributed team using a variety of collaboration and project management tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in education or related field
