We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to research and retrieve information to support customer needs.
  • Accurately document interactions and process claims while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Guide customers through available options to find the best solutions.
  • Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures while leveraging available resources.
  • Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information with care.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with training, updates, and program knowledge to maintain expertise.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous call center experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is necessary.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM is required.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is expected.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems is necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial.

Physical Requirements:
