We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to research and retrieve information to support customer needs.
- Accurately document interactions and process claims while maintaining confidentiality.
- Guide customers through available options to find the best solutions.
- Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures while leveraging available resources.
- Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information with care.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
- Stay up-to-date with training, updates, and program knowledge to maintain expertise.
- Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous call center experience is essential.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is necessary.
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM is required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is expected.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems is necessary.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial.

Physical Requirements:
