Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Learning Program Developer to craft engaging training programs for various roles within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize established design frameworks like ADDIE and SAM to develop and publish high-quality course content.
  • Determine the most effective delivery methods to achieve learning objectives.
  • Create training materials using industry-leading authoring tools, including Articulate 360 and Vyond.
  • Stay current with adult learning theory and emerging learning technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in instructional design, corporate learning/training development, and team collaboration.
  • Able to effectively influence peers and stakeholders through strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools, Microsoft Office, and Learning Management System Administration.
Working Conditions
  • Remote work environment.
