Key Responsibilities:- Manage multiple calendars with accuracy.
- Arrange personal and professional travel with end-to-end bookings and contingency plans.
- Prepare high-quality presentations in PowerPoint ensuring branding, clarity, and accuracy.
- Draft professional correspondence with a polished tone.
- Maintain databases with 100% accuracy.
- Coordinate information flow across departments.
- 4+ years of experience in executive or administrative support preferably in healthcare or physician-facing roles.
- Proven success managing complex scheduling.
- Expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, email management, and database administration.
- C1-level English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Ability to work aligned to PST hours.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
