Medical Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Medical Support Professional.

This role is ideal for those with prior experience in medical administration, clinic or hospital settings. If you have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, we encourage you to apply.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating schedules, and maintaining accurate records of patient and office information.

In addition to administrative duties, this role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing executive calendars and coordinating schedules
  • Serving as the first point of contact for patients, clients, and partners via phone, email, or virtual reception
  • Scheduling medical appointments, follow-ups, and patient reminders with accuracy and care
  • Maintaining and updating patient and office records in scheduling systems and CRM software
  • Supporting executives with document preparation, meeting notes, and task follow-ups
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in a medical, clinic, or hospital setting
  • Previous experience as a Medical Scheduler, Receptionist, or Executive Assistant
  • Knowledge of and compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
