Customer Support Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Customer Support Specialist position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service via multiple channels, building positive relationships with customers, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely and effective customer support across various communication platforms
  • Build trust with customers through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay updated on the latest technology and industry trends
  • Handle sensitive customer information securely while upholding confidentiality
Requirements
  • Native Chinese and English upper intermediate language proficiency
  • A minimum of six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Previous experience with live chats and emails
  • Personal or professional background in the crypto sector
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • A positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
  • A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or Zendesk
