Job Description:

Canonical is seeking an experienced professional to lead the company's global system integrator alliances. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy to drive business growth through partnerships with leading technology companies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, commercial experience, and leadership skills. They will also possess a deep understanding of the open source software market, particularly in relation to Ubuntu and Canonical's competitors.

  • Develop and execute a strategy to drive business growth through partnerships with leading technology companies
  • Lead a team of representatives to build relationships with partners at executive levels and increase Canonical's market share
  • Guide the development of products and services to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the open source software market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
