Senior Alliance Manager

The Senior Alliance Manager will spearhead the development and maintenance of strategic relationships with senior executives at key partner organizations. This role is responsible for building trusted partnerships, increasing market share, and promoting the partnership to drive business growth.

This role requires a deep understanding of the Linux and cloud software ecosystem, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in alliance or indirect sales management roles, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with measurable goals.

  • Establish and nurture strategic relationships with IHV partners at all levels
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of open source capabilities on Ubuntu
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial business terms
  • Lead alliances in APAC and EMEA regions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for joint offerings
  • Manage and grow a team of Business Development Managers
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of alliances
  • Issue resolution and performance tracking
