Technical Operations Specialist

At the core of our operations lies a team member who ensures seamless integration and performance across all platforms. This key role is responsible for optimizing tech stack management, driving system efficiency, and resolving workflow challenges.

With a focus on no-code/low-code environments, this Technical Operations Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize CRM workflows, automation rules, and reporting dashboards. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Admin Setup, Optimization, and User Support
  • Manage admin setup, optimization, and user support across various platforms:
    • CRM/ATS systems
    • Recruiting tools
  • Ensure smooth integration and operation of these platforms
Collaboration & File Management
  • Develop and maintain collaboration strategies and file management systems
  • Utilize Microsoft 365, Dropbox, and LastPass to facilitate efficient teamwork and information exchange
Operations & Payroll
  • Implement and manage operations and payroll systems using Gusto, DocuSign, and Monday.com
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and related tasks
Bonus Points
  • EOS/Traction operations experience is highly valued
