Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive supervisor to oversee a multi-disciplinary team responsible for producing and managing key project deliverables. This team supports international engineering and operations teams by delivering technical documents, quotations, method statements, reports, and client-facing materials.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workflow, maintaining output quality, responding to internal client feedback, setting up and monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous process improvement.

This is a hands-on coordination role focused on performance, reliability, and service delivery, rather than detailed technical review of content.

As part of our global organization, the successful candidate will have opportunities to visit international operations to gain deeper insights into how the back office supports frontline delivery and build relationships across the business.
