The Solutions Delivery officer plays a crucial role in supporting the delivery of solutions aimed at ensuring regulatory compliance within financial systems.  Your responsibilities include providing project support, coordinating tasks, assisting in data analysis and aiding in the successful delivery of solutions related to accounting, financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Assists senior team members in coordinating tasks, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions aimed at achieving regulatory compliance within financial systems.

  2. Ensures Finance/Compliance systems are maintained and is fit for use of the business

  3. Aid in the gathering and analyzing data relevant to financial systems and assist in preparing reports to support reporting and decision-making process.

  4. Provide impact assessment to changes and enhancements to Finance/Compliance systems and related processes

  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and drive business solutions, escalating as necessary, to support Finance/Compliance functions

Qualifications:

  • ​Bachelor's Degree in Management of Information Systems (preferred), Business Administration, Finance or Accounting, Computer Science or similar courses
  • ​5 - 10 years experience in ERP Systems (SAP FICO or Oracle)
  • Experienced technical skills in areas such as software development, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, data analytics and various tools to implement and manage finance compliance systems; background in Oracle Financials or similar ERP, financial reporting or regulatory reporting systems strongly preferred
  • Basic understanding of financial principles, reporting standards, accounting practices, financial regulations and compliance frameworks to understand finance and compliance requirements
  • Understands project management principles and methodologies to assist in project coordination and support
  • Strong organizational skills to assist in coordinating tasks, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project documentation
  • Good communication skills to support communication efforts with internal stakeholders and assist in maintaining positive relationships.
  • Experienced in identifying, assessing and mitigating risks and issues associated with solutions delivery projects
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of issues, devise effective solutions, and troubleshoot technical challenges encountered during solution implementation and maintenance.
  • Willing to learn and adapt new processes, technologies and requirements in a dynamic environment.
  • Open for 6 months project based employment w/ possible extension
