Position Overview:The Project Supervisor (Events and Brand Activations) oversees and coordinates the successful execution of various projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:Develop detailed project plans including scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear project objectives and deliverables. Break down requirements into actionable tasks and allocate resources effectively.

Assemble and lead project teams, clarifying roles and responsibilities. Monitor budgets and control expenses within financial constraints. Assign tasks based on project needs and team members' capabilities.

Establish and track project timelines to ensure timely completion. Oversee project progress, address issues, and manage delays. Support team members, fostering collaboration and alignment with goals.

Implement quality assurance to meet standards and requirements. Review project status regularly, identify risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders. Prepare progress reports for the Assistant Vice President, highlighting achievements and challenges.

Manage scope, schedule, or resource changes as needed. Evaluate completed projects to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:Proven experience in project management or supervision. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite). Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
