Talent Operations Coordinator Role

This position is part of a team providing HR support services to member firms. The team delivers consistent, high-quality and operationally efficient HR transactional services through a globally efficient network.

The Virtual Talent Hub for this function is an integral part of the service offerings, delivering non-repetitive project-based work through skilled teams. This role will directly work with the Region Talent team, providing full support on HROSS, payroll, reporting, stakeholder management, communications and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exception Management and Process Insights SAP HROSS Activities:
    • Identify and communicate incidents to HR Systems Core HR Support
    • Coordinate and manage Global requests
    • Submit locally approved requests for EC access authorization
    • Monitor data sent from EC to local applications
    • Provide requests for mass uploads
  • Payroll Support:
    • Validate salary changes via reporting before monthly payruns
    • Review and validation of bonus payments
    • Leave validation
    • Error log review and escalation
  • General Administrative Tasks:
    • Annual contract renewals
    • Compensation planning
    • SharePoint site updates

Requirements:

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and data administration and analytics skills
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure

This role ensures smooth operations support and requires a professional attitude to deal with highly confidential and sensitive information. Ensure being compliant with Data Privacy and Protection within local, regional, and global guidelines.
