Talent Operations Specialist

Role Overview:

This position is part of the Talent Services team, providing HR support services to member firms. The Talent Operations Specialist supports a specific Region and acts as part of the extended Region Talent team.

The role ensures smooth operations by providing full support on payroll, reporting, stakeholder management, communications, and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage exceptions and process insights for SAP activities
  • Coordinate global requests and monitor data sent from EC to local applications
  • Provide mass uploads and update fiscal year change and people year change
  • Manage RBP requests for EC, purge request management, and workflow correction management in EC
  • Participate in UATs for EC-related functionality changes/updates
  • Payroll activities, including validating salary changes, reviewing bonus payments, leave validation, work schedule/Cost Centre validation, error log review and escalation, and trial reporting corrections
Requirements:
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail and data administration and analytics skills
  • Possess excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent client service skills and networking abilities
