Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to fill a key role in our recruitment team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital part in attracting and hiring top talent for our organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for implementing end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, including BPO, volume/agent-level hires, IT niche positions, and multilingual hirings.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to source, screen, and select candidates who possess the skills and qualifications required for these roles.
  • Using your strong analytical and decision-making skills to identify the best candidates and make informed decisions throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintaining clear and effective communication with candidates and internal teams is crucial in this role, so excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.

Requirements:
  • A university graduate with significant proven industrial experience and a track record of success in recruitment is essential for this role.
  • 5-8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, specifically in BPO, volume/agent-level hiring, IT niche roles, and multilingual hirings, is required.
  • Experience in handling hiring for banking, finance, wealth, and asset management profiles is preferred.
  • A multinational environment with a global operating model is also desirable.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, are essential for success in this role.
