Job Overview

The Talent Generalist Manager role involves supporting the location Talent Team in providing strategic and tactical management of location Talent-related activities and programs. This enables the location Talent team to deliver positive impact.

Responsibilities
  • Support the location Talent Team in managing Talent-related activities and programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams for effective delivery.
  • Partner with Talent subfunction team leads and COEs for process improvements and efficiency opportunities.
  • Drive forward special projects and programs, working closely with teams to deliver effectively.
  • Manage location-wide Talent operations and lead collaboration with TSS for location-specific support.
  • Assist in messaging for internal and external Talent communications.
  • Develop new ideas and ways of working for the location Talent team.
  • Help shape the overall organization culture through events, programs, including Diversity and Inclusion strategy and priorities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: 8-10 years' experience in all facets of Talent.
Key Skills
  • Strong collaboration and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Talent tools and systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple initiatives.
  • Establish partnerships with colleagues and stakeholders outside the team.
  • Exercise discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • Natural affinity to drive culture and diversity initiatives.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
