Job Title

We are seeking a skilled workflow expert to join our workforce optimization team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering near-time and intraday performance management, ensuring optimal resource allocation to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage volumes and balance workloads across sites to ensure optimal staffing levels, including schedule adjustments, leave applications, and non-productive time allocation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for workforce optimization in Manila and Cebu, handling system downtimes, tracking issues, and providing resolutions or recommendations.
  • Respond to email inquiries and participate in activities aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Create accurate and timely reports reflecting service level performance, identifying best practices, and optimizing department technology.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience is required; candidates with less than 2 years of related work experience must have additional qualifications.
  • Must be amenable and prepared to work both onsite and from home as needed, depending on business requirements and/or external environment.
  • Requires intermediate to advanced Excel skills and exemplary PowerPoint skills.
  • Possesses necessary skill sets to perform tasks focused on line of business (LOB) volumes.
