Job Overview

This role entails delivering high-quality product testing and comprehensive support for our Workforce Optimizer Products. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to keep JIRA case notes up to date with accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough product testing and provide extensive support for our Workforce Optimizer Products.
  • Maintain detailed JIRA case notes with clear problem statements, troubleshooting efforts, results, and next steps.
  • Utilize excellent customer service skills and techniques to promote customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
  • At least 2 years of experience testing large-scale enterprise web applications with a focus on manual testing.
  • Experience testing software products in JAVA / J2EE and Web environments.
  • Excellent knowledge of Internet/Web technologies.
  • Strong team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Windows environment and SQL database.
  • Experience implementing API-level test cases is highly desirable.
