The role of the Workforce Optimization Specialist is to analyze data and trends to determine workforce requirements. This includes generating optimized schedules that balance business needs with agent needs. The specialist will also conduct workforce simulations and what if scenarios to find the best mix of creative schedules.
This position requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required to meet forecast accuracy and schedule efficiency targets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workforce management principles and practices, including employee engagement and retention strategies. Prior experience with scheduling software and workforce planning tools is highly desirable.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required. 1 year relevant Workforce experience required.
