Job Title: Workforce Optimization Manager

Job Description:

The Workforce Optimization Manager plays a critical role in driving business results by aligning workforce planning with operational goals.

This position oversees the development and implementation of strategic plans to ensure optimal staffing, service level performance, and productivity across multiple lines of business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forecasting and Scheduling: Develop and maintain accurate forecasts and schedules based on historical data, trends, and business requirements.
  • Intraday Performance Monitoring: Monitor intraday performance and provide actionable insights to meet service level targets.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with operations, HR, and recruitment teams to align workforce plans with business needs. Lead and mentor a team of workforce analysts and real-time coordinators.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze performance metrics and generate reports for senior leadership.
  • Process Improvement: Support implementation of WFM tools and process improvements.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and contractual obligations.
