As a key member of our sales team, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Associate to drive business growth and revenue through high-volume outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Make strategic outbound calls to warm and aging leads to re-ignite interest and convert prospects into booked appointments.
Listen for objections and address concerns or hesitations by providing clear, confident, and value-driven messaging.
Act as the first layer of quality assurance, ensuring leads feel heard, supported, and informed.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain pipeline visibility and ensure seamless handoffs.
Keep detailed notes and next steps logged in CRM to track progress and optimize performance.
What We're Looking For:
A sales-driven mindset with excellent communication skills and persistence.
1-2 years of experience in outbound sales (call center, telemarketing, or inside sales preferred).
Strong objection handling skills and CRM fluency.
