As a Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our client experience, handling 50-100 inbound calls a day. You'll serve as the welcoming voice that not only answers client inquiries but truly engages them—laying the foundation for a trusting, lasting relationship.
What You'll Do Every Day
- Create Exceptional First Impressions: Represent us with warmth and professionalism, making potential clients feel supported from the moment they call.
- Handle High-Volume Calls with Precision: Manage a large volume of inbound calls (50-100 daily), answering client questions with clarity, providing guidance, and setting up appointments with attorneys for consultations.
- Own the Client Journey: Partner with our internal teams to coordinate appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a seamless, tailored client experience from start to finish.

Job Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
