NEMT Partnership Coordinator


About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our outreach and partnership efforts in the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) sector.


Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage communications, proposal submissions, credentialing documentation, and follow-ups with broker contacts and internal stakeholders.
  2. Research and maintain a list of national and state-level NEMT brokers and key contacts.
  3. Prepare and submit capability statements, RFP forms, and introductory documentation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Business development experience with strong written and spoken English skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in outreach, credentialing, or virtual assistance.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to work across multiple systems.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), Trello/Asana, and Zoom.
