Job Title: Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst who has a background in I.T. to join our team and contribute to the development of effective strategies and test plans.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about business analysis and have strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will collaborate with designers, developers, and QA to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze system specifications to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
  • Support and contribute to the development of solution proposals that offer improved business efficiency and service delivery.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify, plan, and scope process design changes.
  • Assess the impact of proposed solutions on existing processes, workflows, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of UML diagrams and SDLC principles.
  • Excellent project management skills (Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall).
  • Proficient in EXCEL (pivot tables, basic formulae e.g. vlookup).
  • Proficient in Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with Project and Product Documentation.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in English both written and verbal communication.
