Job Summary

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying and qualifying leads for ERP/HR software solutions in Manila. This role requires a strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and industry-specific solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media campaigns.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
  • Recommend the most suitable ERP solutions based on their needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and enhance product knowledge to effectively address customer pain points.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in IT solutions, software, or SaaS sales. Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with potential clients are essential.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation or sales.
  • Background in IT solutions, software, or SaaS sales, especially in ERP/HR software solutions.
