We are seeking a seasoned Customer Service Professional to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in customer service management and a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Manage department operations and supervise professional employees, front line supervisors, and business support staff.
- Participate in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals.
- Ensure employees operate within guidelines.
- Decisions have a short-term impact on work processes, outcomes, and customers.
- Interact with subordinates, peers, customers, and suppliers at various management levels; may interact with senior management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to make decisions that impact the team and organization.
- Experience with customer service software and systems.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
