
Strategic Customer Service Director

The role is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing the customer service function.
It requires strong leadership skills to manage front-line supervisors and provide direction to managers and experienced professionals.
- At least 12 years of experience in customer service management
- 3+ years of experience as a director preferred
- RCM experience in the US healthcare space is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Develops and implements policies and procedures to achieve organizational goals
- Provides leadership to managers and experienced professional staff
- Assists in the development of functional strategy
- Decisions have an extended impact on work processes, outcomes, and customers
- Interacts with internal and/or external leaders, including senior management
