Credentialing Operations Manager

ClinicMind is seeking a full-time Credentialing Specialist to perform credentialing work for US-based healthcare providers, diagnostic laboratories, and medical facilities as preferred providers in healthcare networks.

The Credentialing Specialist will collect required documentation for credentialing, including accreditation, membership, and facility privileges. They will also assist providers with completing payer forms and ensure compliance with payer expectations.
In addition, the Credentialing Specialist will respond to provider inquiries about credentialing process progress, alert clients of new regulations, expiring certificates, reapplications, and deficiencies in credentialing requirements.
Responsibilities:- Collect and verify provider information for credentialing purposes.
- Assist providers with completing payer forms and ensuring compliance with payer expectations.
- Respond to provider inquiries about credentialing process progress.

- At least 2 years of experience in the US-based credentialing process.
- Familiarity with the US medical insurance industry.
- Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Credentialing certification is required.
- High comfort level working on Eastern Time Zone/US Shift.
- Good internet access at home.

- Laptop/Desktop with at least 8 GB RAM.
