Onboarding Documents Specialist

The Onboarding Documents Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for healthcare professionals. This detail-focused team member reviews and validates documents, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review essential documents, including credentials and compliance documents.
  • Monitor queues for document submissions and expirations, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Manage daily tasks, including document status updates, mapping, resolving unread submissions, and handling special projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve document inquiries and enhance internal workflows.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in roles such as document verification, credentialing, compliance operations, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with U.S. healthcare documentation, including licenses, certifications, immunization records.
  • A sharp eye for detail, catching inconsistencies others might overlook.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Highly organized and dependable, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced, remote work environments.
  • Comfortable using tools like Slack, Zendesk, Google Sheets, and task management platforms.
Technical Requirements:
  • Residing in the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Stable internet connection with a minimum of 15 Mbps download speed.
  • Minimum system specifications: RAM 12 GB (16 GB recommended).
