Credentialing Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Credentialing Coordinator to support our team in managing all aspects of the credentialing process. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably within a healthcare setting or a regulated environment.
About the Role:- Provide comprehensive support for credentialing and re-credentialing processes, including managing applications, conducting primary source verification, and maintaining databases with accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.
- Assist with provider privileging processes by preparing necessary documentation and facilitating new provider onboarding.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive in identifying issues, and contribute to improving workflows and data management practices.
Requirements:- Experience: 1-3 years of relevant administrative support experience, preferably within a healthcare setting.
- Skill Set: Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills; ability to work effectively within a team environment and manage tasks independently.
- Key Qualifications: Proven ability to learn and develop expertise in healthcare credentialing standards and compliance.
