We're looking for an experienced and people-driven HR Business Partner to join our growing Cebu team. This role goes beyond day-to-day HR operations—you'll be a strategic partner to the business, shaping culture, driving employee engagement, and enabling teams to perform at their best.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic HR Partnering – Align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring people initiatives directly support organizational goals.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations – Act as a trusted advisor for leaders and employees, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace.
  • Talent Development – Design and implement training and development programs that build skills, accelerate careers, and strengthen leadership.
  • Change Management – Lead HR initiatives during organizational transitions, ensuring smooth rollouts and strong employee buy-in.
  • Data-Driven HR – Use HR analytics to uncover insights, improve workforce planning, and enhance employee engagement strategies.
  • Compliance & Governance – Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies, minimizing risks while protecting both the business and employees.
  • Performance Management – Drive performance reviews, coach leaders on feedback and recognition, and ensure consistent, fair evaluation processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of HRBP or HR Generalist experience (ideally in BPO/outsourcing).
  • HR Operations Expertise: 3–5 years in onboarding, compensation & benefits, employee relations, HRIS, and offboarding.
  • Labor Law Knowledge: Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and compliance.
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
