Accounting Manager Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced accounting leader to oversee consolidated financials and drive growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day holding company accounting, including payroll and accounts payable.
  • Coordinate with operating company controllers to close monthly books.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop scalable accounting policies and processes for a fast-growing organization.
Requirements:
  • CPA designation required.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and independent decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Self-starter comfortable in a startup-like environment with evolving policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4+ years in accounting leadership roles, ideally with exposure to M&A and consolidation.
  • Experience with multi-entity financial reporting and fast-paced growth environments.
  • Background in acquisitive companies preferred.
