Senior Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Professional to lead our new hire training programs.
This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team productivity and client satisfaction.
The successful candidate will design, deliver, and evaluate engaging training programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and performance standards.
Responsibilities include upskilling sessions for Specialists and Team Leaders, real-time feedback, and technical support to employees.
Key Requirements include:
- At least 2 years of experience in training, preferably in lead gen, sales, technical support or customer support.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to create and deliver effective training sessions.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus) and MS Office.
As a collaborative and adaptable professional, you will work closely with various teams to drive continuous improvements and elevate the client experience. This includes:
- Designing and delivering comprehensive training programs.
- Developing and refining training materials, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Providing personalized coaching and real-time feedback to employees.
- Supporting employees during transitions and facilitating exit processes when necessary.
